  1. Introduction

This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and related matters for bookings made with Skibidi Experience Travel & Tours, operating under the brand name Aravista (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to all customers (“Customer,” “Participant,” “you”) who book tours, activities, or programs (“Services”) with us.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy, which operates in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit
    • To secure a booking, Customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total trip price.
      This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to secure domestic flight tickets and other non-recoverable advance expenses.
    • The non-refundable deposit applies whether the Customer pays only the deposit or the full trip price at the time of booking.
  1. Final Payment and Booking Confirmation
    • Full payment of the total trip price must be received by the Company no later than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date to confirm participation.
    • If the Customer fails to remit the full balance by this deadline, the booking may be canceled at the Company’s discretion, and the deposit will be retained.
  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If the Customer cancels the booking, the following rules apply:

    • Cancellation 14 days or more prior to trip start date:
      Refundable, less the 20% non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellation less than 14 days prior to trip start date:
      No refund will be issued, including for the deposit or any additional payments made.
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ara-vista.com, and the effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received by the Company.
  1. Company-Initiated Cancellations and Force Majeure

In rare circumstances, the Company may cancel or reschedule a trip due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control), insufficient participant enrollment, or other safety or operational concerns.

    • If a trip is canceled by the Company due to force majeure, the Company will:
      • First attempt to reschedule the trip to a new date within seven (7) days of the original trip date.
      • If rescheduling is not possible, the Company will issue a full refund, including the 20% non-refundable deposit.
    • For activities within a trip that are weather-dependent or otherwise subject to last-minute operational changes, the Company will substitute alternative activities of comparable value; no refunds will be provided for such substitutions.
  1. Refund Method and Processing Time
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • The Company will process eligible refunds within 14 business days of confirming the Customer’s eligibility and refund amount.
    • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card processors, or third-party payment platforms.
  1. No-Show and Early Departure Policy
    • If a Customer fails to show up for the scheduled trip or departs early for any reason, no refund or partial refund will be provided.
    • Unused services or portions of the trip, including meals, accommodations, or activities missed due to late arrival, illness, or personal choice, are non-refundable.
  1. Transfer of Booking
    • The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow Customers to transfer their booking to another eligible participant, subject to written approval and any applicable administrative fees or supplier charges.
    • Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed.
  1. Changes to This Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational needs, or business practices. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will become effective upon publication. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
